Career & Academic Planning (CAP) is where you and your counselor plan your classes at Har-Ber and connect them to what you want to do after graduation, whether that's college, a career, technical training, or the military.

Everything for CAP lives on our CAP site. You'll find the CAP Book, HBHS Pathways, career and technical education (CTE) Pathways, course selection sheets, the schedule-change policy, Senior Out rules, and course videos there. It also covers NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) and Northwest Technical Institute (NWTI), where you can earn college credit or get career training while you're still in high school.
